I am here to share what I know - and keep learning everything I don’t. *

I came to movement the way most people do — through the body. A dancer from a young age, it has always been my first language. But it wasn't until I found myself back at my family's property in the country during COVID lockdown — quieter, stiller, more honest with myself than I'd ever been — that I began to understand what these practices were really asking of me.

That stillness cracked something open. A deep curiosity about the human body, its wisdom, its resilience, and the profound relationship between how we move, breathe and nourish ourselves. I've been following that curiosity ever since.

For years I tried to fit myself into boxes that were never quite right. Yoga teacher. Breathwork facilitator. Pilates instructor. All true. All part of the journey. But never the whole picture.

What I've come to understand is that what I want to offer hasn't existed yet — because I've been creating it.

It's a method rooted in the ancient wisdom and philosophy of yoga and pranayama — the true origin of everything modern wellness has borrowed from. It moves through three stages: movement, breath and stillness. An exchange of prana. A practice that begins in the body, moves through the breath and lands in deep integration.

I'm not here to heal you in sixty minutes. I'm not here to push your nervous system to an edge it was never meant to reach. I'm here to gift you an experience — of connection, of grounding, of coming back to yourself.

I am a yoga teacher, a certified PRANABEAT trauma informed breathwork facilitator, and a pilates instructor. But more than any certificate, I am a forever student — of the body, the breath, the nervous system, and the quiet intelligence that lives in all of us.

I've taught in boutique studios across Sydney, run events, workshops and community gatherings, and worked with corporate groups. I now offer classes, breathwork sessions and workshops both in person in Sydney, regional NSW and online.

I wouldn't be the practitioner I am without the students who've trusted me, the teachers who've inspired me, the psychologists, psychotherapists and mentors who've shaped my understanding, and the practices that have held me through my own unravelling and becoming.

I'm so glad you're here.
