I am here to share what I know - and keep learning everything I don’t. *

I came to yoga the way most people do — through the body. A dancer from a young age, movement has always been my first language. But it wasn’t until I found myself back at my family’s property in the country during COVID lockdown — quieter, stiller, more honest with myself than I’d ever been — that I understood what yoga was really asking of me.

That stillness cracked something open. A deep curiosity about the human body, its wisdom, its resilience, and the profound relationship between how we move, breathe, and nourish ourselves. I’ve been following that curiosity ever since.

I am a 300hr plus RYT trained vinyasa and yin yoga teacher, a certified Pranabeat, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, and a pilates instructor. But more than any certificate, I am a forever student — of the body, the breath, the nervous system, and the quiet intelligence that lives in all of us.

My teaching sits at the intersection of movement, breath and nourishment. I’m fascinated by the nervous system — how it holds our stress, our stories, our patterns — and how the right practices can gently bring it back into balance. My classes are thoughtfully sequenced, physically grounding, and always rooted in how you feel rather than how you look.

I’ve taught in boutique studios across Sydney, run events, workshops and community collectives, and worked with corporate groups. I now offer classes, breathwork sessions and workshops both in person and online.

I wouldn’t be the teacher I am without the students who’ve trusted me, the teachers who’ve inspired me, and the practices that have held me through my own unravelling and becoming.

I’m so glad you’re here.
